I just painted our exterior with san antonio sage by sherwin williams. I want to know what color for trim and door? I was thinking a cranberry door, any ideas?
Sage paint color?
per the SW color visualizer, they suggest "tiki hut" (# 7509) for the trim %26amp; "sundew" (# 7688) for the door. That's a pretty monochromatic color scheme, tho. It sounds like you want to add more visual interest. I think a color like "show stopper" (# 7588) for the door would look fab.
Reply:How about something in the burnt orange family. Bring in your green paint sample and match it to the one you like best. Orange is just the next color over from red and not as Christmassy. Good luck!
Reply:I really like the Radish for the door, and Chaise Mauve for the trim, but cranberry would definetly work! :)
Reply:cranberry sounds like a great choice and you could use the sage in the panels as an accent or even try a mustard in the panelson the doors. I would choose a creamy yellow tinted white for the rest of the trim besides the doors as it is too severe to paint the windows and other trim with such a dark color.
Reply:I like dark blue and white with sage.
Reply:I'd go with cream.
