i didn't the last time i moved, but i did perform before moving into my current home though.

Reply:I usually smudge and bless a home before moving in and do the same to the house I am leaving.
Reply:No, I can't say that I do that. I don't believe that sage has some magical power that is going to cleanse my home. I think prayer is much more powerful than an herb I use in my chicken recipes.
Reply:I have used sage to clear the energy of my home and work space, but I haven't needed to in my current residence. It is a brand new home and so far there is no sign of any incompatable energy.

Can't find sage sticks for smudging here (unless it is sold in different packaging). Not this part of the world, at least. Its not very common (though I may be wrong, but its rare indeed)...
Reply:I perform them everyday just to rid the space of negative energy. Usually before and after my yoga practice as I'm sure that I have released toxic energies that need to be cleared. I really love it as a simple ritual.
