use green hydrangea with the stargazer.

replace the white with the stargazer:

Reply:Centerpiece....

The sage green should come through in the centerpiece as a fuzzy or textured leafy greenery

The magenta can be accomplished with small bud roses that can be colored to match your 'magenta' theme or big fluffy carnations... they can dye the roses whatever color you want. It is a good trick....can even be multi-colored with white roses that have just a touch of magenta on the tips.

Add in the white with babies breath sprays

This centerpiece is kinda cool... you could substitute the green they have with your sage green color....

Reply:How large and what shape are the tables? Perhaps a large glass bowl with a single lily floating in the center and eucalyptus branches at the base of the bowl? A basket with eucalyptus, baby's breath and stargazers? I went with silk eucalyptus since the real thing can have a very strong fragrance and I could get the silvery/green color I wanted.

Visit a craft store and pick up a few things to mess with. Take pictures and ask friends and family what they think. If you're having it done professionally, take the picture with you and let the florist know that's what you want and ask how much it would cost? Perhaps the florist would have other ideas. Also look at magazines, bridal and home design. There's lots of ideas there!
Reply:the leaves of the plant lamb's ear are soft and pale green....nice contrast to sage green....guests could take home a living plant....
