The Second sage.....hmmm....well....here are both of them:number one is...well medli from Dragon Roost Island.....(the little brid girl from the first dungeon)....the second is makar.....from the Forest Haven(uhhh i believe the second dungeon)....I hope the tip helped....
In the video game Zelda the Wind Waker ,Where is the second sage?
you can battle the dungeons in any order (I beleive) so here are the sages
-Earth-- Medlii-- bird girl on drag. roost isle-- go to Rito city, then go to top floor, then leave to go outside, go to the far right, grapple over, go upcliff to top to find her
-Wind-- Makar-- korok dude you rescued from the forest-- land at forest haven, kill Deku babas, grapple first "grapple pole", DO NOT SWING ACROSS, stop, go down as much as possible, you should see musical notes drifting out of the waterfall, grapple over through waterfall, Makar at end of tunnel

Reply:What do you mean 2nd sage ? after you go to windfall island for the sail you go to dragon roost island. i hope thats what you were asking about. that game took me a while to beat but it was great. i am a huge zelda fan.
