Baltimore is no longer a "dominating" defense. They're good, just not dominant.
Tampa Bay has arguably as good a defense and Rosenfel is no Peyton Manning.

Reply:actually its Rosenfels and still wouldnt start him. TB pass defense is just as good as the Ravens minus the injuries.
