Where can i buy clary sage oil, and what do i do with it to help labour??
go to a health store and ask them for this. and ask them how it'll work to help labor. Those women/men know ''everything''.. Or so it seems. Go back if you ever have a cold, or toothache, etc.. They always have a remedy! lol

Rub about 10 drops on your hands, or just put some drops on a cotton ball and put them around you, under your pillow, etc.. take a bath w/it. This well help you relax and help w/labor
Reply:Please do not use it undiluted direct on the skin! Aromatherapry oils can be dangerous if used without knowledge. Clary sage is an abortant that should be avoided in pregnancy. At full term it can stimulate uterine contractions - to do this no more than 5 drops should be added to a bath.

Please seek further advise from a qualified aromatherapist.
Reply:Ive never heard that, but if you go for a nice long walk and have intercourse that should help as the sperm has a hormone in it that does something to the cervix to soften it. i hope this helps.Good luck
Reply:You could mix it with lavender and simmer it in a oil burner or I have known some people to add it to the water in the birth pool.

You should be able to get from any good health shops.

Hope that helps.
