What Benjamin Moore beige (historical palette) complements BM Saybrook Sage best (for the next room)? Thanks!?

I tried to find the Saybrook Sage on the BM site and didn't find it. The rule of thumb when changing colors from one room to the next is to select the colors such that they are the very same intensity. So, that being said, select a beige that is the same saturation as the sage and don't have one a very intense shade and the other a pastel.

This is the safe path to take with color and it is rather foolproof. Have fun. Decorating can be so much fun!

Reply:You can stick with soft, warm hues like what you seen in nature. BM has hundreds of colors to work with. Sounds like you enjoy nature. You can blend with creams, pale yellows, beige, or go a little darker with two to three hues darker in the sage family. Stick with similar tones. Sage looks nice with a medium burgundy color, or even darker moss green. Just blend with a monochromatic look with staying with in various shades of greens and beige.
