i like cilantro in place of sage.
What spice to use instead of sage?
Thyme, dried parsely, oregano. I don't know what it is you're making. It's always fun to experiment.
Reply:Sage goes well with poultry, pork and in soups. A nice alternative would be marjoram or rosemary.
