Sage payroll year end - difficult question - help please!!!!!?

I am doing PYE on Sage and have emp'ees who are under 16, casual staff. They are included on payroll cos easier for me but they don't need p14's and have no ni numbers. How do I exclude them when i do the y/e? Even if i don't highlight them it keeps including them!

Sage payroll year end - difficult question - help please!!!!!?
You can include them on your employer's return, forms P14 and form P35. HMRC would have no problems with it, especially if is schoolchildren, and amounts paid are small. Could you include some sort of identification in payroll number? Date of birth is usually included on HMRC copies. Surely you will still have to give them forms P60?

Sorry can't give you actual answer to your question, I have no experience of computer payrolls, but can only tell you how Revenue would view it.
Reply:phone your software supplier %26amp; ask them
Reply:one cannot employ someone without a ni number.
