Do you know how to do a purification ritual with a sage bundle?
Light the herbs and blow to smoke.Using the smudge feather or bundle spread the smoke all around yourself first then over what it is you are cleansing. This clears negativity,cleanses,focuses and purifies that which is being smudged.

Reply:You would have to go see an elder to help you with that. I know the Cree people would never purposefully post something like that on the net. Just go ask. I've seen it done by working on the reserve (social worker) but I'm not a medicine man or an elder, so I couldn't fill ya in.
