Is dangerous a diet with boiled sage and boilled apple kernels and apple skin ?

Is that all you're eating?? If so, absolutely it is dangerous. You need at least 1200 calories a day just to have the minimum amount of nutrients just to maintain your life. Where's the protein in that diet? Where's the fat? Where are the carbohydrates? In fact, where's the food???
